Our sweet spot is low-rise, open-site properties: warehouses, distribution centres, dealerships, retail plazas, business parks, self-storage and low-rise condos, plus homes. We hold Transport Canada authorization to fly cleaning operations at heights under 40 metres, which is about 131 feet. That covers pretty much every warehouse, dealership, plaza, business park and low-rise building in the region. We do not take on downtown tower work right now, and if a property sits outside our envelope we will say so up front.
Flying is weather dependent. We plan around wind, rain and temperature limits so the result comes out safe and clean, and we will happily reschedule before we will fly in conditions that compromise either one.
